North Anthony
Newer subdivisions with standard ducted splits. Common issues: returns sized to the original square footage but additions never re-sized.
Anthony sits on the New Mexico-Texas border at the south end of Doña Ana County. We dispatch trucks from Las Cruces and target 1 to 2 hour response into Anthony for emergencies. Mix of older valley homes, newer subdivisions, and mobile homes means we show up with sheet metal, mini-split, and traditional split-system parts on the truck.
Anthony sits at about 3,800 feet at the south end of the Mesilla Valley. Lower elevation means longer cooling seasons than Las Cruces and a real shoulder season where heat pumps work harder than they do mid-valley. Border-area wind events sandblast outdoor units, so condenser coil cleaning is more than cosmetic, it's the difference between a unit that lasts 12 years and one that lasts 18.
Bilingual service is part of how we work here. The same valley water hardness applies, and mobile-home installs follow the manufactured-home HUD ductwork rules, which means specific transition pieces we keep stocked.

Same-day service across Anthony. Most repairs done in one visit because we stock parts on the truck.
