1. About this site

This website is operated by Air Control Services, 1945 Cruse Ave, Las Cruces, NM 88005, (575) 636-2754. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean Air Control Services.

2. Use of this site

You may use this site to learn about our services, request a quote, or contact us. You agree not to use this site to harass, defraud, harvest data, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users.

3. Service requests are not a contract

Submitting a request through our contact form or by phone does not create a contract for service. We will respond to your request, provide an estimate, and only begin work after both parties agree on scope and price in writing or by clear verbal authorization on site.

4. Estimates and pricing

All estimates are valid for 30 days unless we state otherwise. Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes during diagnosis or installation, in which case we will inform you and get authorization before proceeding. A flat diagnostic fee may apply on service calls and is disclosed in advance.

5. Emergency response

We advertise 24/7 emergency response with target response windows of 1 to 2 hours inside Las Cruces and 1 to 3 hours in surrounding communities. These are targets, not guarantees. Weather, prior commitments, road conditions, and travel distance can extend response times. If a true emergency exists, call (575) 636-2754 and we will give you an honest ETA.

6. Workmanship and warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Specific labor warranty terms are stated on each individual invoice and may vary by service type. Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, the terms of which we will explain and register on your behalf when applicable. Warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect, misuse, unauthorized modification, or third-party work.

7. Payment

Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks and chargebacks are subject to fees and collection costs.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of services or use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the specific job giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of property due to extreme temperatures, lost business, or alternative housing costs, except as required by law.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photographs, logos, and layout, is the property of Air Control Services or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish the content for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Third-party links

This site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Doña Ana County, New Mexico.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
